This web site is dedicated to the women and men who operate the world's 200+ legal state operated lotteries. We have spent a career researching, writing and reporting on the global lottery industry.

There is little information that the average lottery player would find of value. The statistics we collect are by and large countable numbers audited by professionals collected and published by us. We primarily track information on lottery sales, prizes and net profit to government, advertising budgets and game design--both for TLF Publications' annual books (such as La Fleur's World Lottery Almanac) and our monthly magazine (La Fleur's Magazine).

Rooming List for Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando®**

After an attendee has registered to attend the conclave, TLF Publications will reserve the room at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at University Orlando® in Orlando, Florida. The attendee will receive the confirmation by mid-November. TLF Publications has reserved a limited block of rooms at a discounted rate of $189 per day (exclusive of applicable taxes) for the three nights of the conclave. The rack rate is $299+ during this period. After the block of rooms is depleted, the hotel will charge its regular rack rates. Attendees will be contacted immediately when the discounted room block runs out. TLF Publications will keep a waiting list if a room opens up. The conference starts on Tuesday, November 27 and ends on Friday, November 30. (The hotel's cancellation policy is by 6 p.m. (EST) five days prior to arrival.)
