That Which We Do
TLF Publications produces three closely related product areas, namely lottery research publications, La Fleur's Magazine, and our education programs for lottery executives. Through these outlets, we bring an independent perspective on the life and times of the modern lottery.

People will sometimes mistakenly refer to one of us as lottery experts. Neither of us is a lottery expert. Rather, we are the experts on experts. Owing to her nearly 25 years reporting on the industry, Terri has interviewed every leader who shaped the lottery world of today.

Through the publications and conferences, TLF Publications brings the world of lotteries to our audience in a clear, concise and above, reliable format.

That Which We Believe

  • The Customers is King
We are but loyal subjects who, though , do reserve the right to mention respectfully and under the appropriate circumstances that the Emperor is absent apparel.

  • It Begins With the Players
Every penny that comes into the lottery industry comes out of the pocket of the players. It is our responsibility to give them the best deal we can.

  • It Ends With the Cause
The only justification for having state sanctioned gaming is to provide money for the benefit of the citizens of that jurisdiction. It is not about suppliers, including us, or lottery executives. It is about the beneficiaries of the lottery proceeds. For them, it is incumbent upon us to get it right the first time.
